The Villages at River Club

Grading & Excavation for the Villages at River Club

Morgan Contractors provided grading and excavation expertise to The Villages at the River Club, a $40 million senior living community in Clarksville, TN.

The 15.71-acre site will feature more than 200 villas and suites adjacent to the River Club Golf Course at 1776 Warfield Blvd.

The first phase opened to residents in 2017. Site work began in summer 2016. The general contractor for the project was Horizon Construction and Development (Lebanon, Tenn.) and the developer was Goodworks Unlimited, LLC.

Morgan’s role in the project included:

• Debris and tree removal
