Exit 8 Athletic Complex Grading and Excavation

Morgan Contractors, Inc. provided grading and excavation services for the City of Clarksville's new Exit 8 Athletic Complex, a major recreational development located off Interstate 24 and Rossview Road in Clarksville, Tennessee.

As part of the project’s first phase, Morgan Contractors completed mass grading and excavation to prepare the site for future construction. Roadway and infrastructure improvements providing access to the complex have since been completed, paving the way for the next phase of development.

Once fully built, the Exit 8 Athletic Complex will feature multipurpose athletic fields, pavilions, restrooms, and an ADA-compliant playground, creating a premier destination for local youth sports and community recreation.
